To ‘discuss’ Santa… fa la la la la la la la!
Just kidding.
Though I am thinking that it’s time for a revised and updated treatise on the jolly old elf. It’s been on my mind, but I’ll save that for later.
It’s getting chilly here in good ol’ Tennessee. The yard is covered in leaves – and [...]

So quickly the year has passed and it’s already time for another “Heather with ashes on her forehead” picture.
Every year at Lent I try really hard to think of what I should fast from. Traditionally, folks do meat… or some other foodie thing they should consume less of. Since I’m already a vegetarian, and started [...]

Lady, I swear… I have not done anything bad yet this morning!
Can I have a cookie?

The boy couldn’t pull himself together yesterday.
His father happened to be home from work to witness the lack of focus.
After several hours of discussion that boiled down to the fact that: I don’t have [...]

The past few months have been a whirlwind ’round these parts. Due to the digi-cam being killed by my cat from hell, there haven’t been pictures… I did dig out the 35mm camera (a rather nice one, at that) and dust it off. Hopefully I’ll get those pic developed before the kids graduate from college!

If you’ve been in my house more then once you will notice something.
I have a problem. Now, some may find it rather serious, but those who really love me just roll their eyes and go along with it.
I move furniture.
Now, maybe that doesn’t seem like much… but you see, I don’t keep things in the [...]

I missed posting again yesterday…
Today we moved some shelves around…
we needed better sewing & crafting storage.
I’ll post pictures of that when it’s actually done!
We did get the “Nature Center” revamped.
Special thanks to Kater for taking the pictures!

Today we brought home a new (to us) TV shrine…
So I cleaned the living room and
- you guessed it –
rearranged the furniture!

This is our living room rug.
It was very dirty because the vacuum died.
Tonight, with tax return money, I bought a new vacuum.
The rug is now clean.
The cup from the vacuum was too embarrassingly dirty
for me to take a picture of.
